LGBT History Month - The T @ Octagon Unitarian Chapel

Our service this Sunday is led by Torry Glinwell.

It’s a celebration for LGBT History Month reflecting on the T; with stories, readings and personal reflections exploring the transgender experience from a variety of perspectives.

Our collection will be going to support the brilliant work done by the Norfolk LGBT+ Project.

We finish around 12 noon with refreshments.

A welcoming community of open hearts and minds who seek meaning, nourish the spirit, and engage with our diverse and changing world.

What can a secret mermaid, free range nuns, Jane Eyre and a modern vicar have in common? Stories within stories within stories about the boundary between friendship and sexuality, the power of cinema, and a secret that risks everything in this world and the next…

Elspeth is Norwich based, like her novel, which features Oxburgh Hall as Thornfield in her subverted Jane Eyre.

Event is to be held on the top floor in the Vernon Castle room, by the local heritage section. Just turn up. Novels and cards to buy. Cash only please
