A talk by Aidan Newman: NQT at Rossett School, University of York PGCE graduate, and York LGBT History Month Outreach Coordinator. An opportunity to look at the challenges that LGBT youth face across the country and gain a wider insight into their experiences at school, followed by a discussion of research-backed best practice in schools that can help make a positive impact on students and start to improve the current national picture.
