OUTing the Past: Evening of Talks @ National Maritime Museum

Hear incredible speakers discussing transgender and gender-fluid lives and experiences in the armed forces.

Speakers include:

Caroline Paige: True Colours: Trailblazing Transgender Service in the Military.
Dr Emma Vickers: Soldiers in Skirts: Cross-Dressing and Drag among Men of the Armed Forces.

During this drop-in event there will be opportunities for conversation and debate, and we will offer visitors opportunities to reframe some of our own collection from a queer perspective.

The National Maritime Museum is proud to be a London Hub for The National Festival of LGBT History: OUTing the Past 2017

Age: 15+
