Memorial Celebration for Vijayatara AKA Sharon Smith - July 1, 1961 to March
13, 2011

This is an opportunity for all who knew Vijayatara to come together to share
memories and celebrate her impact upon us with recollections, songs, poems,
photos and music.
14:00 - 14:30	Arrivals.
14:30 - 14:45	Short PowerPoint display of photos with audio description
14:45 - 15:30 Sharing from participants through recollections, songs,
stories, poems or anything else which captures what you want to say about
Vijayatara.
15:30 - 15:45	A Comfort break
15:45 - 16:30	More sharing from participants through recollections, songs,
stories, poems or anything else which captures what you want to say about
Vijayatara.
16:30 - 17:30	catching up and networking!
17:30 - 18:00	Collective tidying up!
The event will be "commered" by RUTH and Kirsten. Please let either of them
know in advance, when you arrive or at the comfort break if you want to make
a tribute. We ask that each contribution is no more than 5 minutes long so
there is time for as many who want to, to speak.

Donations to cover the cost of room hire and refreshments are also welcome.
The West Reservoir Centre is an accessible building with ramped access,
automatic doors, level access through the building. Accessible toilet. There
is no induction loop but we will have a PA system on the day.

(in the old pumping station) on Green Lanes.

Buses: 341 and 141 stop on Green Lanes; 253, 29, 254, 259, 279 to Manor
House station 350 meters away, 106 to corner of Green Lanes and Lordship
Park 150 meters away.
Onsite parking 

Food and refreshments: fruit juices and water in the room, hot drinks from
the cafe on site. A choice of fruit and vegetarian/vegan cakes and nibbles
(including food suitable for diabetics and people who are gluten-free) will
be provided.
